FoRWaRD qualifies as tax-exempt public charity.

Mission: To provide systematic planning along with management, funding, and educational assistance leading to the implementation of water resources and sanitation in developing regions worldwide.

FoRWaRD will work collaboratively with private groups or governmental agencies to fund, organize and direct regional and local water resource development projects throughout the world.
